Returns & Alterations Policy

Returns are accepted only for damaged products, subject to the conditions below.

At Label aMuse by Amruta Biyani, every garment undergoes a quality check before dispatch. Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order and customised nature of our garments, returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged.

IMPORTANT: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for a damaged-product claim.

Return Eligibility
To raise a return request for a damaged garment:

  • Contact Label aMuse within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Provide a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened and the garment being removed from the packaging.
  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged area if requested.
  • Return the garment in the same condition in which it was received.

Condition of Returned Garment
For an approved return, the garment must:

  • be unworn, unwashed and unaltered;
  • have no stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, body odour or other signs of use;
  • have all original Label aMuse tags attached and intact; and
  • be returned with its original packaging wherever possible.

Returns will not be accepted if the original tags have been removed or detached.

Customised & Made-to-Measure Garments

Customised, made-to-measure and specially altered garments are not eligible for return. This includes garments customised for individual measurements, length, fit, sleeves, neckline or collar, colour, fabric, embroidery, design, silhouette, buttons, trims or any other customer-requested modification.

If there is a manufacturing issue or a material difference from the specifications confirmed with you, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery so the concern can be reviewed.

Alterations

Label aMuse offers one alteration for fitting-related concerns, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the garment. Only one alteration cycle per garment is included under this policy.

The garment sent for alteration must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered by any third party and in its original condition. If the garment was made according to measurements provided or approved by the customer, substantial changes arising from incorrect measurements, changes in body size or a change in fit preference may attract additional alteration charges.

Handcrafted Variations

Minor variations in embroidery placement, thread work, beadwork, weave, texture or colour are characteristic of handcrafted garments and are not considered manufacturing defects. Colours may also appear slightly different due to photography, lighting conditions and individual screen settings.
