At Label aMuse by Amruta Biyani, every garment is carefully prepared, finished and quality checked before dispatch. We ship across India and to select international destinations through trusted courier partners.
Ready-to-Ship Orders
Ready-to-ship garments are generally dispatched within 3-5 working days from order confirmation.
Made-to-Order Orders
Made-to-order garments are produced specifically after an order is placed. The estimated production and dispatch timeline will be mentioned on the product page or communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Customised / Made-to-Measure Orders
For customised or made-to-measure garments, the delivery timeline will depend on the design, embroidery, workmanship and level of customisation involved. The estimated timeline will be confirmed once the design, measurements, customisation details and payment have been finalised.
Wedding & Occasion Orders
If you require your garment for a specific wedding, function, travel date or occasion, please inform our team before placing your order. We will confirm whether the requested timeline can be accommodated. Mentioning an occasion date after the order has been confirmed does not guarantee delivery by that date.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select destinations. Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless specifically stated otherwise.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via the contact details provided while placing the order.
Shipping Delays
We make every effort to deliver orders within the communicated timeline. However, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
